Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed based on our detailed crafting process. The process is as follows:
• Design and Artist Review (0-3 Days After Order): Our artisans thoroughly review the custom jewelry details to ensure the accuracy and precision of each personalized Zorogem piece.
• Crafting and Quality Assurance (4-9 Days After Order): The jewelry is then crafted, polished, and packaged, ensuring that each item meets our strict quality standards.
• Shipping and Delivery (After 9 Days): Once the item passes quality checks, USPS generally picks up the order within one day. Shipping typically takes 4-7 business days.
In general, orders are processed within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Zorogem utilizes USPS Priority Mail, which usually requires 4-7 business days for delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched, containing tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zorogem is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Zorogem assumes no responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipping. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. It is important to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items prior to filing.
